Benchmark recognizes that your property is an important investment and that appropriate maintenance of the landscaped environment will enhance its value. We focus on understanding the needs of customers and how these ultimately translate into each customer’s business objectives.

Having identified your business needs we then develop a programme of work tailored to address these in the light of prevailing budgetary and lifecycle considerations. We put considerable emphasis on the recruitment of the right people and the provision of ongoing training. We want our people to reach their potential.

Audit sheets are completed at the end of each visit by Team leaders and checked. Regular quality audits are also carried out. We have a flat management structure and employ team players who are passionate about what they do. All of our customers have direct access to the Directors of our business. We are a hands on organisation.
