Benchmark values feedback from its customers and has completed its annual Customer Satisfaction Survey.  Conducted by an independent research company, this survey helps to provide feedback to Benchmark on areas for focus, things being done positively and seeks to provide a mechanism for continuous improvement. Benchmark values the time given by customers in completing this survey.
