Benchmark continues to invest in its people as developments in technology influence working patterns and protocols for working with clients. It is no longer good enough for staff to be just trained in aspects of grounds maintenance and gardening but important for them to be IT literate, in terms of mobile phone applications and client system technologies. Benchmark currently work with 5 different client system portals.
